My experience with this firm was pathetic....neither the owner nor the staff honour time commitments....very unprofessional attitude....Despite a pre-committed appointment at 1000 hrs, the owner of the company showed up at 1530 hrs.....very rude and unapologetic behaviour by the owner on this grave lapse, as well, who argued that it is a normal response in panaflex business and the clients / customers must have an idea about this time variation before setting up a meeting.... Moreover, the owner and the staff do not have the courtesy to pick up phone calls during business hours or call back later.... Received a quotation for a task after 3 days, which was committed by the owner to be given in 60-90 minutes... In short, Business with this company is strongly NOT RECOMMENDED....
